JJA provides base building MEP Engineering services for this Class A 5 Story, 405,000 SF facility.

MEP services provided for the new build out effected all interior floors of the building. Main areas impacted by the interior redo were the executive spaces, collaborative space, fitness center, cafe, data center, command center, trading floor, and additions to the parking garage. Additional services included a MEP systems evaluation report and Smoke System Review.

Dallas & Irving, Texas

JJA has been providing on-call MEP Engineering Services to Energy Future Holdings / TXU / Luminant properties for over 10 years. Projects are located within the Energy Plaza headquarter building, downtown and suburban buildings as well as power generation and mine sites.

One Victory Park, Dallas, Texas

JJA provided MEP Engineering services for the interior finish out of 6 floors for Haynes and Boone Law Offices. The project was the first law office to achieve LEED CI Gold Certification in Texas. MEP system where modified from shell condition with underfloor air VAV boxes, automation controls and lighting systems. The project also included underfloor air distribution for all 6 floors.
