Since 1978, JJA has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for industrial projects. Our team works closely with the client to understand their process and needs for the specific manufacturing project. This provides the background required to be engaged in the project as a consultant, not just an MEP designer. 

Food manufacturing is a growing part of our industrial manufacturing portfolio.  Through this experience our team has gained valuable knowledge from visiting client’s existing facilities and listening firsthand from the client their process, layout of facilities, and current challenges. This provides us the information needed to make good engineering judgement. 

Our MEP engineering design approach to all our industrial manufacturing projects involves collaborating with the client to document process equipment and MEP utility requirements. This approach provides the foundation for good documentation and review of specific requirements with the end result being that we can connect the equipment through engineering design with confidence that we understand the requirements.

The value our Team can provide is the ability to collaborate with the team and provide engineering estimates based on sound engineering judgement and experience to keep the design moving forward. We understand that while we are completing our engineering design, the client is fine-tuning aspects of the process and final selection of equipment. By working in tandem with the process design, we can provide valuable feedback on MEP equipment sizing and layout that is critical to the rest of the project team.
